Shopmysoft strives to provide the customers with excellent assistance and to provide them with fair refund services. To ensure our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30 day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, Shopmysoft will refund the full amount.

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened or downloaded and installed in the case on products sent via electronic delivery. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to One Ecom Store limited 30-day warranty described above. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. 

Shopmysoft will pay the return shipping for incorrect or defective items for any Shopmysoft shipping error. Customers can expect to receive a refund within 2-3 weeks. This estimate includes the shipping time back to our company, an authorization check, and refund processing. Refunds can only issued in the form of the original method of payment. If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and would like a replacement, Shopmysoft will pay the return shipping price for the incorrect item and ship the correct item out to the customer via upgraded shipping.

All returns require a Order Confirmation Number. Please obtain a OCN number by sending an e-mail to support@Shopmysoft.com In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title of the product you wish to return, the condition of the products you would like to send back and the reason for the return. Please DO NOT ship product back without an OCN number. We WILL NOT be responsible for product that is returned to us without an OCN number. For all returns shipping is pre-paid by the customer.

For electronic delivery, Shopmysoft will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, Shopmysoft will refund the purchase price of the product in the form of the original method of payment.
